The Eva1300 beam welding system combines a welding robot and a component-picking robot to fully automate the entire process—from picking components such as stiffeners (ribs) and stud gussets to assembly and welding. Integration with CAD/CAM eliminates the need for manual robot teaching and layout marking.
■ Specifications

CAD data is imported into the DIS Weld CAM software, where it is automatically converted into machining data. This enables teach-free operation, eliminates the need for
robot teaching and manual programming. Furthermore, it reduces the workload associated with assembly and welding processes—such as layout marking—and reduces labor requirements, thereby helping address the growing labor shortage.

Positioner
The system automatically positions the workpiece for clamping and automatically rotates it when changing welding sur faces, reducing crane handling and idle time. By leaving the top open, the robot 's working area remains unobstructed, enabling the handling of a wide variety of products.

Laser Sensing
Laser measurements are taken at each weld location, and automatic position corrections are applied.

3 Types of Magnetic Grippers
The magnetic gripper at the tip of the picking robot, which grasps the welding components, is automatically exchanged according to the size and mass of the components.

Intuitive Setup
of Welding Components
The parts to be welded are placed on the picking table in advance. Placement information is displayed via projection mapping, allowing operators to place the parts simply by following the projected display.
